Refund policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days from date of delivery. If 14 days have gone by since your item was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a credit or exchange.
Change of mind returns
If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind about your purchase, we will offer you an exchange voucher provided that:
-You produce your original proof of purchase;
-The item is in re-saleable condition including that:
- It is in its original packaging, including instruction manuals and all accessories;
- It is unopened, unused and in its original condition;
- We do not refund on change of mind purchases;
- Sale, sample, clearance & seconds are final sales and not eligible for returns
Pre Orders
We are unable to offer refunds on pre order items, you may however cancel your order for store credit of the same value.
Container Shipping Delays
Since the Covid-19 pandemic, the world has been experiencing shipping delays due to congestion in the ports and port strikes. Please be aware we are unable to offer refunds due to container shipping delays. We can offer a store credit for orders.
Faulty Items
If a product is faulty or damaged, please make contact with us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or issue you with a credit.
Do not sign for your item until you have checked for damages. Once you have signed for your item, we can not claim for damages. Inkah Limited takes no responsibility for damages once the item as been signed for.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Manufacturers Warranty
Our products are covered by a 12 month manufacturers warranty under normal residential use and conditions.
This warranty does not include:
- Any condition resulting from other than ordinary residential wear or any use for which the product was not intended, such as commercial use.
- Any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance or care.
- Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents or shipping damage.
- Dissatisfaction due to buyer’s remorse.
- Normal wear and tear or damages incurred during transportation.
- Damages incurred during assembly or maintenance.
- Any seconds or sample items.
Sales
- While stocks last.- Sale discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or offer.
- Sales exclude pre orders unless otherwise stated.
- Sales exclude gift vouchers.
- If requested, we will honour the sale price for purchases made within 48 hours of the sale launching and will refund the difference within 3 business days.
